Range-Bound

Range-bound is a technical analysis (TA) classification in which an asset’s price remains within a specific range. Range-bound assets typically bounce between a high resistance price that they cannot break above and a low support price that they cannot fall below, often in a channel-like formation. Other technical analysis parameters, such as the relative strength index (RSI), can also be said to be range-bound for assets.
