Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Trading

Peer-to-peer trading occurs directly between two or more network participants in a decentralized, low-risk environment, typically on a blockchain-based decentralized exchange (DEX) or crypto wallet. This process eliminates the centralized middleman, allowing platform users to pay minimal or no fees to use the service. Many crypto wallets are currently developing instant exchange within a single wallet interface, allowing a user to instantly switch between different types of cryptocurrencies and fiat currencies. However, a lack of liquidity (for both mobile wallets and DEXs) and a small user base are significant barriers to the widespread adoption of this technology.
